The Pacific Asia Travel Association (PATA) is set to organize the 47th PATA Travel Mart (PTM) at the Queen Sirikit National Convention Center (QSNCC) in Bangkok, Thailand, during 27 – 29 August 2024.
PTM 2024 will feature a one-day conference, a two-day B2B business travel mart, and over 10,000 business appointments between buyers and sellers from more than 40 destinations across six regions.

TERMS & CONDITIONS
- Rooms are subject to availability upon receiving the confirmation
- The number of guests in each room is up to a maximum of two (2) adults and one (1) child with sharing bed
CHECK-IN & CHECK-OUT TIME
- Check in time is 14:00 hrs, and check-out time is 12:00 hrs.
- For efficiency of check-in, we require a detailed arrival schedule at least seven (7) working days in advance
- Early check-in and late check-out requests are subject to availability, determined by the day’s arrival and departure pattern of the Hotel.
PAYMENT METHOD
- For individual reservation, each guest pays directly to hotel with credit card guarantee of one night room charge. Credit card provided is for guarantee only and shall only be charged in case of cancellation or no show as per agreed policy
CANCELLATION CHARGE POLICY
- Room cancellation 7 days prior to arrival date, there is no penalty charge
- Room cancellation between arrival date and 7 days prior to arrival date, equivalent to one (1) night room charge will apply
NO SHOW POLICY (Guests fail to arrive at hotel on the day booked for arrival)
- Hotel to hold reservation until 24.00 hrs. of the day booked for arrival
- For late night and early (next) morning arrival with arrival flight information given to hotel, room will be kept three (3) hours after flight landing time
- If guest has not informed hotel of the change on arrival date, hotel can release booking and apply 1 night room charge penalty
- If guest arrives at a subsequent date, then guest will not be refunded for the date between schedule and actual arrival
