Novotel Bangkok Sukhumvit 20 - Family & Business trip hotel - Hotel Policy

Children Policy:
At Novotel Bangkok Sukhumvit 20, up to 2 children under 16 years old can stay with their parents for free. Breakfast availability depends on whether the room is booked with breakfast.

Room Capacity:
All room types can accommodate 3 adults, except for the Superior rooms. For these, please send a request via email. 

Extra Bed/Adult Charges:
An extra bed or an additional adult (over 16 years) is THB 1,883 net per night. 

Breakfast Costs:
Breakfast is priced at THB 650 net per person. Breakfast for the extra guest/child depends on if the room booked includes breakfast or not.

Baby Needs:
A baby cot is available upon request.

Sky Lounge Benefits:
Happy Hour: 2 times per day, from 11 am to 4 pm for snacks and non-alcohol beverages, and from 5 pm to 7 pm for snacks and beverages included alcohol.
Meeting Room Access: Available for Sky lounge Guest.
Sky Lounge Access: Guests staying in Executive Deluxe, Family Suite and Executive Suite can access the Sky Lounge. Other guests can access it for an additional charge of THB 1,000 net/day/person. 

Late Check-Out Policy:
Until 6 PM: Half-day charge.
After 6 PM: Full-day charge.

Smoking Policy:
Our building is smoke-free. However, there is a designated smoking area at the lobby entrance. Please ask our staff for more details.

 Connecting Rooms:
Connecting rooms consist of a Superior room (king bed) connected to a Superior room (twin beds)

Camry Toyota (3 pax) – THB 1,600 net
Van (6 pax) – THB 2,500 net
